If regrettably, you find our costume(es) have the following issues that could not meet your requirements, you have the rights to return the costume(es) to get a refund.
1.Missing items/Size different from our website size chart or customize measurements.
For example: if you find the package missing item(s), we can arrange a new shipment of the missing items for free.
For standard size costumes, we will exchange costumes or refund if we made mistakes for the correct given size.
For customize costumes, we only accept revision. If the size issue was in our side, we will remake it for free. If buyers provide wrong measurements, Alphacosplay are not responsible for this, buyers will be charged for a 90% of full price if size revision needed, costume should be sent back to us at your own cost for revision.
2.Wrong Delivery Address/ upgrade the shipping method
Alphacosplay.com ships all orders to the shipping information address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information required. In the event that necessary shipping information is left off the order during the checkout process, We will ONLY able to proceed refund if we sent the package to the wrong shipping address. (which different from order shipping information.) We will NOT able to proceed refund if we sent the package to the given shipping address.
Alphacosplay.com is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. Shipping fee depend on which shipping method you choose. If you want to upgrade to faster shipping method, you will need to pay extra shipping fee to our Paypal account immediately.
All costumes from Alphacosplay.com are made in your own size, pls check your order carefully before submitting. We will send a confirmation email after you placed an order. Please note that Order Cancellations or Changing only works within 24 hours after you submitting your orders.
Our tailor will start customizing the dress for you within 24 hours after receiving your payment. Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of the order price. And orders cannot be canceled after 3 business days. Thanks for your understanding
1.Return application must be submitted within a week from the date of receipt of the package. If application exceeds a week we will not be able to accept your request.
- After receiving your Return & Exchange application, our customer service will contact you. Please check and reply e-mail timely. If there is no reply within 7 days, Return & Exchange Application will be closed automatically and unable to continue return process.
- Please make sure return of goods must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, with tags and packaging. Accessories must be returned together.
- Return address isn't the company address on Alphacosplay website. Our customer service will provide you a return address after return authorized.
- After receiving the return address, please return the parcel within 7 days and inform us of the return logistics number. Otherwise, the Return & Exchange Application will be automatically closed and unable to continue return process. If the parcel is returned to other address, we cannot refund or exchange.
- Please use Post Office when returning goods. If we fail to receive return parcel for returning through other carriers, buyer needs to undertake the loss.
- Return and reship cost is on buyer, freight collect isn't acceptable.
- We shall charge a 15% restocking fee on each returning merchandise.
1. Since it is a manual measurement, the physical size may be slightly different from the size chart (Apparel Products: ±4cm for the bust, waist and hip size, ±2 cm for the item length and the sleeves length and so on).
2. Due to the shooting light and the screen setting, physical color may be slightly different from picture online.
3. Please notice some products may have odor, fading, spinning and wrinkle due to the feature of material, it is not a quality problem.
4. There may be a little stain in the production process of the product, which does not affect the use of the product.
5. It is possible that some clothing buttonholes do not open. Please cut it with scissors after it is received. Please do not cut the buttonhole beyond the border.
6. Accessories, colors, patterns, product details and so on may be slightly different from the pictures online due to different production batches.
